This is to give formal notice that the Annual General Meeting will take place on:

On the positions list:

• Where there is a blank space next to a role, the current incumbent is standing down.
• Where there is a name next to a role, the current incumbent is willing to stand again.

Please note:

• Even if an incumbent is willing to stand again, any member is entitled to stand for that position.
• For all positions, there must be a proposer and a seconder, and these must be submitted by email to the Secretary (click here) no later than one week before the AGM.
• No proposals will be accepted at the AGM itself, unless no prior nominations have been received for a vacant position.

We encourage all members to attend and take an active role in the future of the club.
