Notice is hereby given that the AGM of ALL MEMBERS of Bearsted Cricket Club in 2018 will be held on 6th December at 8pm at the pavilion on the Green, Bearsted to transact the following activities:

To review the club performance on and off the field during 2018
To review and approve the audited club accounts for financial year ending 30th September 2018
To vote in all vice presidents, officers and members of the committee for 2019

Any MEMBER wishing to stand for an officer or committee position in 2019 should be proposed and seconded in writing to the chairman (chairman@bearstedcricketclub.co.uk) no later than 48 hours before the date of the AGM. Any questions about roles and responsibilities can also be submitted to the above email address.

Only in the case of vacant positions, with no proposed applicant, remaining at the time of the AGM will the club accept proposals on the night.
